Our platform uses sending limit, not to restrict usage, but to prevent abuse, especially by spammers. Such abuse often happens through newly created or compromised mailboxes.
By setting limits, we make it harder for spammers and help protect our customers from (unintended) misuse of their mailbox or account. If you're using your personal mailbox for normal, everyday communication, you won’t even notice these limits—you can send emails just like you’re used to.
When might you encounter limits?
In some cases, you might run into sending limits. For example, if you use a personal mailbox to send newsletters, invoices, or other mailings. Our platform is primarily intended for one-on-one communication, not for large-scale mailings.
If you try to send a high volume of messages or reach a large number of recipients in a short time, you may see an error message.
