You got to this page because a message you tried to send could not be delivered. If the message you received speaks of TLS is required, but was not offered by host this means we could not deliver the message in a secure way.
Please contact the recipient in a different way and ask them to talk to their email provider about being able to receive industry standard (TLS) secure email connections.
If you want to communicate securely you can also invite your communication partner to also join Soverin.
If you accept that your mail will not be transmitted securely you can switch “TLS required” off by using the toggle on your account homepage. If you are mailing using aliases you can do the same from your Aliases tab when managing your domain.
